By accessing or using FinScope (the "App"), provided by Swamy ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App.

FinScope is a financial information and analytics platform that provides market data, stock screening tools, watchlist management, and related features. The App is intended for informational purposes only and does not constitute financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the App or its related systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the App
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the App without prior written consent
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any data obtained through the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the App

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, are the exclusive property of Swamy or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

The information provided through FinScope is for general informational purposes only. It should not be considered as financial advice, a recommendation, or an endorsement of any particular security, portfolio, transaction, or investment strategy. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You should consult a qualified financial advisor before making any investment decisions.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information provided through the App. We shall not be responsible for any investment decisions, damages, or losses resulting from the use of or reliance on such information.

The App may display data sourced from third-party providers. We do not warrant the accuracy or reliability of such third-party data and are not responsible for any errors or omissions.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swamy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the App.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App exceed the amount you paid us, if any, during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swamy and its affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be posted within the App. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
